Crystal Richter
Crystal grew up in a small town in Montana. She played tennis and basketball throughout childhood and college. She grew up in a spiritual household, and yoga was a way to merge her physical background with her spirituality.
Crystal aims to engage daily with the wisdom of Ecclesiastes, loosely quoting: eat good food, drink good wine, enjoy good company, and love God.
