A class in the Studio
Winter Solstice Gathering
Sun, Dec 20, 3:00 PM PST
A special Founding Member gathering to honor the Winter Solstice, light the altar for the Grand Opening of the REFUGE Studio, and mark the turning of the season through ritual, practice, reflection, and community. Stay with us after a short break as we move into Jeymi’s 4:30pm Yoga Nidra, completing the afternoon with deep rest and integration. Come for the Solstice Gathering, join us for Yoga Nidra, or make an afternoon of it and experience the full ritual.
Ways to join
Founding Members only: the members who joined with a founding membership before the studio opened. A founding member can bring a guest with one of their guest passes.
