All purchases are final, so in most cases money comes back as credit rather than a refund. A credit can be used on any class, recording or program, lasts 12 months, and is not refunded to your card.
You get credit when: 1. You cancel a class you paid for before it starts, or the team removes you from it. 2. You leave the waitlist for a class you paid for, or no place opens before it starts. 3. A class changes between online and in person after you booked. On the class page you can move your place or cancel. Moving online gives you the difference in price as credit, and canceling gives you what you paid as credit. If you have not chosen by the time it starts, the class page says what happens to your place. 4. A guest cancels a place they took with a guest pass you bought for them.
If the studio cancels a class, you are refunded in full automatically: what you paid by card goes back to your card, and any credit you used goes back to your credits.
If the studio cancels a program, you get credit for everything you paid. You can ask for it back on your card instead within 14 days, with "Refund to my card instead" beside that credit.
Deposits are not refunded.
To spend a credit, buy a class, a recording or a program as usual. Your credit is used first, automatically. If it covers the whole price, no card is needed.
To see your credits, open the menu under your name and choose "Credits", under "My account". Each shows how much is left and the date to use it by. Anything still to pay on a program is there too, under "Still to pay".
