There are four memberships, each billed monthly: 1. The Lounge, $5: the Lounge, our community forum, and the monthly theme. 2. On-Demand Library, $40: the full on-demand library, the Lounge and the monthly theme. 3. Studio, $75: the live classes each week, the full library, the Lounge, gatherings and workshops, monthly journal prompts, and a member discount on programs. 4. Teacher's Circle, $99: everything in Studio, plus monthly sessions on teaching, the Teacher Channel and the Teacher Resource Library.
Programs are bought on their own and are not part of any membership.
To join, open the menu under your name and choose "Membership and billing". Under "The memberships", press "Subscribe" on the one you want. You check everything on our secure payment page, run by Stripe, before you are charged. If you join before the studio opens on January 1, your card is saved and nothing is charged or opened until then.
To change or cancel, use the same page. Each other membership has its own "Move to" button. "Change or cancel my membership" and "Update my card" open the Stripe page, which also has your invoices.
Moving up starts straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down starts at your next billing date. If you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Partial months are not refunded.
Founding members: changing ends your founding price, so start a support ticket first.
If a payment does not go through, you cannot book new classes until it does. Press "Update my card" and the payment is tried again. After 14 days your membership is paused and your places in classes to come are let go. It opens again as soon as a payment goes through.
